Interactive Metronome (IM) is a research-based and evidence-based training program that improves attention, memory and coordination. IM directly improves processing abilities that affect attention, motor planning and sequencing. This in turn assists in strengthening motor skills and many foundational cognitive capacities such as planning, organizing and language. IM is for people of all ages.

Timing in the brain (known as temporal processing) is like a internal clock which is responsible for our ability to focus attention, reading comprehension, remembering information, processing speech, and motor coordination. Scientific literature has described neural timing deficits in disorders such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Reading Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorder, to name a few. IM addresses this timing, by working at the foundational level of the problem, leading to more efficient treatment and better overall treatment outcomes. It is used in conjunction with Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies.
